A bulked-up Paris Hilton poured her new-found curves into a figure-hugging dress at a Hollywood party last night.

The socialite donned a sexy low-cut ensemble for a pre-Grammys party at the Avolon nightclub, where she was joined by her boyfriend Cy Waits and sister Nicky.

Paris, 29, worked the red carpet in a sparkling gold, silver and black dress, with the scoop-necked dress revealing her fuller shape.

The heiress has apparently been consuming 3,500 calories-a-day diet, coupled with a high-intensity cardio and weight-lifting, as part of a bodybuilding regime.

The reality TV star's new body has been attributed to her fitness fanatic boyfriend Cy Waits, 35.

Not so healthy though is the news that according to this week's Grazia, the star has also been indulging on weekly fast food binges at the likes of Taco Bell and McDonalds - her treat for doing so much exercise.

She's even drinking body-builders' protein shakes in a bid to add muscle to her previously stick-thin frame.

Paris was out last night at a party hosted by Belvedere Vodka to celebrate its partnership with the charity RED, which works with iconic brands to help eliminate Aids in Africa.

Brands which partner with Red carry the logo with a percentage of the profits going to the Global Fund, the world’s leading financier of programmes to Fight Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

Superstar Usher was performed at the Avolon nightclub before guests attend the after-party at Bardot, a bar adjoining the club.

Earlier in the day Paris was seen walking one of her many dogs while on a shopping trip in Los Angeles.

The TV personality donned a pretty summer dress, showing she hadn't lost her feminine touch.

Last week she shocked fans as she strutted down the catwalk in a mini-dress at a Sao Paulo fashion show last week showing off her new muscular figure.

Her appearance was in stark contrast to the Paris that soaked up the sun in a pink stripey two-piece in St Tropez, back in July.
