Making room for baby? Newlywed Kevin Jonas puts $2.2 million Texas spread up for sale

Rumours have been circulating for a while that the eldest Jonas brother, Kevin, is soon to become a father - and this will do nothing to silence the talk.

The 22-year-old musician and his new wife, Danielle, have put their Texas mansion on the market for a cool $2.2 million.

The three-bedroom Tuscan style home is on .71 acres which includes an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area and a pool with hot tub and fountains.

It has an open floor plan with soaring ceilings and huge French doors that open out onto the patio and gardens.

The home also features a screening room, a climate controlled wine room and a study with coffered ceilings and built-in wood cabinets and shelves.

Situated on the Vaquero development, a luxury golf course community in the Westlake area not far from Dallas, the house was built in 2004 and purchased by the couple just after their wedding last year.

The house sale price includes a whopping $175,000 membership fee for the golf club.
Kevin and Danielle, a former hairdresser, got married on December 19 2009 after two years together.

The pair had met in 2007 whilst on holiday in the Bahamas with their families and now split their time between Texas and Los Angeles.

Rumours began swirling last month that the couple were expecting their first child together after they were spotted in a local pharmacy buying a home pregnancy test.
A friend of the couple told a US magazine that the couple are likely to start a family soon.

'They're mature for their age, and they want to start a family. They'd consider it a major blessing if Danielle was pregnant,' claims the source.

Kevin, who is one third of The Jonas Brothers alongside his brothers Nick and Joe, is currently on a break from performing with the band - a perfect time to start a family.
