Lucky boy: Flanked by a burly bodyguard, Angelina Jolie took her oldest child Maddiox to Blackbushe Airport where she had a flying lesson today

Most kids his age are happy to play with toy planes.

But Maddox Jolie-Pitt leads no ordinary life, having two millionaire superstars as parents.

The eldest of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's growing brood was lucky enough to accompany his talented mother as she took a flying lesson today.

And always ones to keep her children equipped with up-to-date gadgets, the actress made sure the 10-year-old was occupied with an iPad.

The mother-and-son couldn't hide their smiles as they excited their car at Blackbushe Airport in Surrey, flanked by a burley bodyguard.

Meanwhile, Brad told Parade magazine that he 'wasn't living an interesting life' before meeting Angelina, and that he was 'trying to pretend' that his time with Jennifer Anistonwas 'something that it wasn't'.

The father-of-six later released a statement claiming that his words had been misunderstood, and described his ex-wife as 'an incredibly giving, loving and hilarious woman'.

He has continued to backtrack since, telling the Today Show this morning: 'She's good people. She, you know, there, there should be a statute of limitations on this.'
