Vivid Entertainment pulls out of Kim Kardashian's sex tape sale after turning down $20m to take video off the market

Size does matter: Vivid Entertainment have pulled out of the sale of Kim Kardashian's sex tape after turning down $20million because it was not enough money

Kim Kardashian is going to have to 'endure' having her sex tape on sale for at least a while longer.

Vivid Entertainment, who currently own the rights to the adult movie the reality star made with singer Ray J five years ago, has turned down a $20million offer to sell the film.

A mystery buyer was trying to buy the tape so they could stop the DVD from being sold and the film downloaded online.

Still on show: Kim looked forlorn as she went for a workout at Barry's Bootcamp in Midtown Manhattan, New York today

But Vivid has told TMZ that they have rejected the offer because it wasn't big enough.

'We were offered $20 million for the Kim tape but have decided that we are going to hang on to it... for now,' Vivid boss Steve Hirsch said.

'Although the offer that we ultimately received was substantial, when I realised it wasn't Kim it became less appealing.

Slumming it: The reality star jumped into a yellow taxi to get around the busy city

'Kim is a superstar and if it were to be sold, it should be to her.'

On the weekend that Kim, 30, got married to Kris Humphries last month, visitors to the website selling the Kim Kardashian Superstar tape more than quadrupled.

It went from the usual 300,000 visitors to a whopping two million logging in.
